Canceling your Noom Pro subscription
We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel! Here’s how you can do it quickly and easily.
You can try going to wallet.google.com to manage your subscriptions there. You can cancel an existing free trial or subscription. Here are the steps to do so:
- The subscription order has a circular arrow next to it, click on View Order
- In the middle of the page, to the right of Qty should be a blue link that says “Cancel Subscription”
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
If you signed up for Noom Pro, but don’t see a subscription in Google Wallet, it’s most likely because you didn’t have a Google Wallet account prior to signing up for Noom. Don’t worry, we can cancel it for you! You can do one of two things, and we’ll cancel it:
- Fill out this form: http://bit.ly/noomcancelform
- Email your Google Wallet order number for the subscription OR Access Code to noompro@noom.com and indicate your desire to cancel
To find your access code: Go to the Profile tab on the very bottom right of Noom —> In Settings & more, click on the cogs icon —> Click on Account. (The access code should have 8 characters.) If you’ve uninstalled Noom, just reinstall it from the Android Market to find your Access Code.

I signed up for Noom Pro, but I still see locked goals and the “Get Pro” logo. What do I do?
If you signed up for pro, but don’t see the logo, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Refresh Pro Subscription, then wait 5 minutes.
I’ve gone to Google Wallet and don’t see a subscription, even though I paid. What gives?
If you signed up for Noom Pro, but don’t see a subscription in Google Wallet, it’s most likely because you didn’t have a Google Wallet account prior to signing up for Noom. Don’t worry, we can still help you out! Just get in touch with the details listed above for canceling an order and we'll take care of it.
Trouble with Google Checkout
Unfortunately, if you don’t have a Google Wallet account (formerly Google Checkout) already set up, you won’t be able to sign up for Noom Pro from your device. We're really sorry about this!
In order to sign up for a Noom Pro subscription, you'll first need to create your Google Wallet account. You can do that here: wallet.google.com.
You can also visit www.noom.com/pro on your desktop computer to sign for your Noom Pro subscription.
